My Mum's visiting this week and she'll be here tomorrow, so I'm going to be busy for the rest of the week and might not be able to be on as much. We're going to have a nice time, though. She was only able to get a week's annual leave saved up but it'll still be good to see each other, even if we can't fit in everything we want to do.
Today, I have to dust and vacuum in preparation, and tomorrow doing the mopping. I'll have to get off my computer in a moment to go do that. Just checking Gaia, Discord and a few other things first.
Anyway, if I'm not around, that'll be why. She gets here tomorrow some time, probably in the afternoon, and leaves next Saturday, which I think is the 25th. We've got people she wants to catch up with and things to do around the unit I rent, and stuff to buy. It'll be fun.
Yesterday, I had a good time with my friend, Moose, who usually comes over on Thursdays. We played Christmas Wonderland 13, the one from last year, but it's a big game so we didn't finish it all. He also made us pan fried chicken with butter basting, salt and pepper, and some potato-pumpkin mash, along with some boiled carrot and zucchini. He used to be a chef, so anything he makes is normally delicious. He does tend to make a bit of a mess in the kitchen but I don't mind cleaning up in exchange for a tasty meal I can eat without it triggering my IBS or food intolerances.
Anyway, I have to do the stuff I said I'd do, so I'd better go do it.
