Migraines and Workout aches
I decided to go back to the gym. I want to fight for my life, not be this passive suicidal that I am. So, I want to try everything in my power to get out of this situation. Cleaning up my act, cleaning up my house, cleaning my body of it’s toxins. Drinking water, et cetera.

Today though, I am groaning. I have migraine that’s lasted since Monday night, despite doing things that I wanted to do. Period is also coming soon, so I wonder if there is a correlation to that. But we shall see. I do want to try to get rid of eating a lot of the sugary items that I’ve been consuming. Maybe that’ll get rid of the migraines that I’ve been having.

I am really achy as well, as I had started to do some workouts. New work outs. Upper body aches. I’m hoping that the feeling will subside though, once I start getting back into working out and then more once I can get all the excessive sugar out of my body. I need to tell my husband that I am going to try to limit the amount of sugar I eat to one treat a week. That way, I’m not denying myself, but at the same time, I can keep it at bay. I don’t want to be diabetic like the rest of my family and the doctor already does have to test my A1C every year because of the fact that diabetes is prevalent in my family. Well, type 2. I don’t know about the others. I already had to deal with being prediabetic and wound up getting out of that. So yay me. But I am starting to have heart problems, so I want to clean up so that they don’t get worse.
