This has nothing to do with the following journal entry but older entries. Anyone remember
Relic? Well don't rack your brains if you don't. the story has officially died. What with working on
Shiftblade, the sequel & trilogy to
Everworld 13: The Chronicles of Narnia (I will post it for everyone in chapters on my
DA page after
Shiftblade is over) and planning a new story that for the moment I will keep to myself,
Relic just left me behind. I do know that the main character got back to the good ship safely and reached whatever destination I had in mind for her safe and sound--with some fights obviously--and creating a romance with the captian of the good ship (not her fault he looks like dante
heart ) So yeah. No more
Relic.
A hint about the story I'm planning...sometimes, certian stories need to be told to explain actions and paths that are chosen.
One last thing, I will not be on until probably later tonight.
For the first time since I got it, the
mark on my neck began to hurt. At first it was a small twinge that quickly escalated into a feeling like somone was drilling into my neck to where it felt like I was being flayed alive with grains of sand being cruelly rubbed into exposed muscle and stick pins being stuck into my eyes.
"Dragon!" Nissa said, her face appearing on all the display screens and her hologram appearing next to me. "Fight it! You've got to land the ship! Someone's disabled all my systems except for my holograms and images on the display screens while we were back on the Isuat home planet--I'm basically flying blind if you don't land us!"
Screaming, I replied, "I'm a--bit dis--tracted right--now!
IM SIYMAW IK SAWHD EY MOWYX!"
[+1]"The others need you to land the ship!" Nissa said. "Shalimar, Wynn, Tikki, Ikkit, Toshi, Bubba, Foxxy, Fluffy, Moochi! They're all counting on you!"
"I--CAN'T!" I screamed, reaching for the controls but shrinking back as another wave of pain rolled through me.
"Dragon," Nissa said calmly but quickly as we began to reenter Gaia's atmosphere. "If we hit at this speed, not only will everyone on me die; but so will everyone else on this planet."
Screaming from the blinding white hot pain, I grabbed the controls and pulled back on them to slow the Nerissa Altsoba down. I had no idea where I was on Gaia, but I passed out before the Nerissa Altsoba crash landed.

[+2] There is a five mile swath of destruction from where my ship hit the ground and slid to a stop. It's located about 20 miles outside of Durem--my house is 60 miles outside of Aekea.
