Since the late Mike Auringer [our late land lord] has passed away, the home we are in is no longer comfortable for living, and we are in need of moving to a new home Emergency status because Mr. Auringers wife is taking 90% of our tenants rights from us - no washer and dryer allowed - so we can not clean our clothes upon our own property, no man cave for the husband so he can not have a place to be himself or get away when needed, no pool allowed in the yard - not even a knee high inflatable one, there are more NO's then when Mr. Auringer was alive and with no rights given us, we need to move.

My husband and I have made the choice that when we make what we need in order to move, that we will begin things in a different light, that we do not want to put up with people that try taking our rights away - such as having the ability to clean clothes at home instead of going to the laundromat which is nearly 3 miles from the home itself, I shouldn't have to leave my house to do laundry. I further state that if I want to give my husband a man cave where he can 'rock out' and be himself that it shouldn't be taken away either just because Widow Auringer wants to make it our only storage space and deny access to the rest of the basement. This coming weekend when Widow Auringer comes back after our washer and dryer go back to the rent to own company Widow Auringer is putting a lock on the door to deny further access to that area so even if cable company or National Grid [power company] needed to get down there we would have to call her first. Widow Auringer also stated that I shouldn't have the paint her late husband bought personally for me when I moved into the home we are in. In fact I see no caring in Widow Auringer at all. Especially the way she referred to her late husband with the words "I don't give a damn what he said it's my house now and it's my rules or nothing at all".

So if I can earn some money by doing Photo or Drawing [digital or normal] commissions it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
