Hi, it's 2017
I've stuck around a bit longer than I'd thought.
Have some random thoughts of mine:
I think Gaia should do more deals with TV and Animation companies. I remember one from years ago for Tsubasa Chronicles. You could watch the first episode of the series and there were a few free items they gave away as well.
I think there also needs to be more GOODWILL to the Gaia users as well.
Over time, for many users, the trust and love for the site and it's staff has diminished. A lot of people have left because of it.
Things like the destroyed economy, the constant flow of cash-shop items, the lack of games, the unending stream of "sales" for Gaia Cash. It seems, like Gaia is milking the userbase for everything it can get. Money, Money, Money!
But, in return for paying money, what are the users getting back?
Recolors? More Recolors? Even MORE recolors?
Really, Gaia?
There is a stillness, a general atmosphere, that nothing is moving, nothing is changing, nothing is happening. The games are still mostly the same as in 2007 -- no major upgrades, whether to graphics or gameplay.
No new games, either -- (Those sponsored games do not count.). Lake Kindred is fun at first, but quickly becomes dull and repetitive. Other games are plagued with bugs, lag, or lack of players. ZOMG was an unfortunate victim of the lack of movement.
I feel as if this site is just going to slowly spiral down into NOTHING. Like the other shoe has yet to drop, but when it finally does, it'll be a damn good SMACK.

I hope you know the original founders have retaken the site. And Lanzer is already making changes but they will be slow changes.
