My Papaw was typing some stuff in Word and every time he'd get to the end of the line he'd press ENTER. And I was like, "You don't have to do that." sweatdrop I've been showing him the ropes on his new computer and it just amazes me how much more I know than him. I'm not putting him down. I just think it's wild that some of the things he doesn't know about computers are common knowledge to me and I take it for granted.
There was also this one time when my mom was talking to my grandmother on the phone, who'd just bought her first DVD player, and my mom puts her on speaker phone and says, "Now repeat the question." And my grandmother says, "Well, I finished watching the movie, but I was just wondering, do I have to rewind the DVD?"
But my grandmother's cool though, cuz she's the one who taught me how to play video games. wink We'd play Super Mario Brothers all night when I was little. We got her a PS1 and she likes playing Crash Bandicoot. mrgreen She liked playing Super Mario Sunshine too, even though she's not use to stuff that doesn't give her a planned out path to run on.
