▪ Sweet, caring and gentle. He a perfect representation of his gentle breed. He is very giving and considerate, putting others needs before his own, and helping in anyway possible. A kind heart, it is difficult for him to hate or even get mad, often times reaching out to those who have done him wrong hoping to change them instead of retaliating. He is a pacifistic being, shying away from any sort of confrontation or violence, but isn't keen on running away either. He is some times described as stubborn, standing his ground on matters he feels strongly on. He is soft spoken and is far to easy to take advantage of, and is willing to give even when he knows he'll get nothing in return.
The being is often seen as lonely, quiet and reserved, unwilling to burden others with his problems, which often times hurts him in the long run. He doesn't have many friends, shying away from any form of relationships or connections, having lost trust in the world. But is highly loyal and grateful to those he does call his friends, and is quite bright and lively around those he is comfortable with. ▫

▫ Cupid is a rare breed of immortal called a Barium, which has nearly been wiped out. Bariums are a peaceful and gentle breed, valuing compassion over violence. For this they were an easy target, and were either killed off, or sold into slavery. Very few bariums are around today, most sticking together. Though laws are now in place that protect the rare breed, they are often looked down upon and ridiculed. Cupid on the other hand grew up alone and isolate from his own kind, him being the only known Barium openly involved in the general population.
Cupid was born into a rather famous family, being the son of the goddess Venus, though his father is unknown. The young boy spent the majority of his life alone, having little contact with his mother, being raised by nannies and caretakers. His father was a Barium, and was reportedly persecuted or went into hiding with the rest of the breed. Growing up the young being was never really given much attention, and most left him alone because of the high standings of his mother. But the further and further she got out of the picture, the more vulnerable the boy became. He tried to make a presence in society, but was constantly insulted, made fun of and used. Numerous rumors spread about the immortal, each getting worse and worse. he was eventually ostracized and rejected by many of these false accusations. All of this slowly drove the boy into a downwards spiral. He had no friends, no family no support system
