Short and sweet! I read it in one sitting on the bus to work one morning. I was rooting for the protagonist the whole way through!

1.] The Lost World (1960) ★
I would give this less than 1 star, really. They threw in a woman and her prissy little poodle on the expedition, which were definitely NOT in the book. A lot of running around from an iguana with horns stuck on it's head, and some good old fashioned animal cruelty with: a komodo dragon and a cayman crocodile fighting and (presumably) killing one another (I fast forwarded at this point) and possibly an iguana drowning, or at least being submerged under water. All the Western men were fine. The 2 foreign men were, of course, the "baddies". The woman had to be rescued twice. They hardly touched on the larger than life character of Professor Challenger. I was SO disappointed. :/ Utter tripe.
