Inuyasha is at least 300 years old. Hanyous age gracefully, unlike humans do.

But look at the time line. And I'm just going to make up years here--don't yell at me if they're way off (only because of the timeline for the Feudal/Edo period from this site).

* Approximately 1603 AD: Inutaishou dies and Inuyasha is born on the same night.
* Approximately 1753 AD: Naraku tricks Kikyou and Inuyasha by making them think the other had betrayed them. The results of this nasty joke is that Kikyou dies and her body is burned along with the Shikon Jewel while Inuyasha is doomed to spend 50 years pinned to a tree by a sacred arrow
* Approximately 1803 AD/2000 AD: Kagome is pulled into the Sacred well by a demon after the Shikon Jewel within her. She sees Inuyasha, plays with his ears, and Inuyasha eventually wakes up.

Since it's really hard to say how much time has passed between Kagome going back to Feudal Japan, it's really hard to say how much older he is from 200 years old. Worst case, I'd say around 206 MAYBE. If Inuyasha was 300 years old; Shippou would be older and perhaps taller. Miroku and Sango would be MUCH older if not dead.
