Additional Notes: "In her natural dragon for Persephone is quiet average for one of her species. However her "human" appearance is odd, She retains soft scales of red along the right side of her body, resembling Tribal tattoos. I had her change several times and the markings do not change pattern. Another oddity is the large gems adorning her forehead, upper arms,wrists and thighs, these seem to be part of her body and correspond to the places she has horns or spines in her dragon form. She claims not to know why they are there bu that her paternal grandmother had the same ability. There is no psychical reason to bar her enter into the program."

Overview: " In the course of my evaluation of Ms. Kore I was surprised by her capability of learning despite the low scores on the general knowledge test. I am in complete agreement with the headmaster that the isolated and distrusting tribal nature of her clan are to blame for such scores. Persephone truly believes in the survival of the fittest and the value of worth being defined by her accomplishments. She may come off as cold and slightly cruel but I do not believe this is her true nature. I would however recommend watching her around new technologies and situations as she might feel them either threatening or to be taken as a personal challenge. In short I see no reason why the scholarship should not be offered to such a promising person."

"Feral tribes have been choosing to give up and come back into the folds of society, but they stay distinctly separate. It ia widely believed that they fear the hunting and persecution that they once faced in the olden days. One of these tribes has chosen to give us a candidate to "improve relations" Ms. Kore seems to be intelligent enough, and willing to learn, but her General knowledge scores revel she has an eighth grade education at best. Her flying skills are on par with some of the older students but given that her tribe has had to survive in the wilds, it is not surprising I shall leave the decision up to my colleges as to weather we let in this child of the wilderness."
