So I got my box set of Sad Love Story.
I watched the first disc, and after close observations, I've noticed quite a bit.
When one person is interupted by the next, their subtitle dialect is separated by a mere comma rather than a "-" and continuation to the next row.
Also, they always replace the word "womething" with "sth".
The word "s**t" is over used.
Characters' names are mis-spelled to fit the Chinese pronunciation.
And certain times, they were have a typo. Ex: "glvoes" when they meant "gloves".
They replaced the nickname for the owner of the bar from "Mommy" to "Sister"
And sometimes there will be scenes where they either show the subtitles too late, early, or not at all. Rarely, but it happens.
I can actually understand everything, but it requires a little more thinking than it normally did. I don't really need to read them though, since I've pretty much memorized the series.
