"Unexpected Death"

You were in deep pain
because of one problem,
We didn't know there was something wrong
until it was too late.

You suffered from the pain
but you never complained,
You couldn't say goodbye
and you knew you were going to die.

We just thought of you
and the love you brought to us,
And in the count of three you slipped away,
and we weren't going to see you the next day.

For as long as we live
you'll always be in our memories and hearts,
We can't see you anymore
but we still love you to the core.

I wish you didn't have to go away
I wish you were everyday,
Every time I think or speak of you I cry,
and it was so hard to say goodbye.

But I had to try,
