One last goodbye.
One last chance.
Before we die.
Before the abyss.
Hold my hand one more time.
I want to remember your smile.
I want to remember this life.
I want to know it was worthwhile.
Proud of the mountains I could climb.
To feel your lips on mine.
To hold you in my arms.
I felt your love.
I never felt those harms.
I just wish I read between the lines.
The sky opened up.
The rain tasted like blood.
I couldn't fell her anymore.
As I was dragged though the mud.
I felt like such a worthless pup.
These things were my fault.
I let this hell ruin us.
I could do nothing to fix it.
All I could do was fuss.
I couldn't put time on halt.
