It was just an ordinary day in a town filled with ordinary people, but the lives of one very unfortunate family was about to change. Inside a very small house there was a middle aged man his son and daughter. The father was drunk most of the time spending what little money they had. The son was left to take care of his little sister. It wasn't a surprise when his father finally had a heart attack. The problem was once he was gone there was no one to save them from the loan sharks.
They came quicker than he would have liked. They broke the door down asking for more money than he had ever held in his hand. They said that for now they would take his sister to pay for it, but of course he would not allow that. After a blur or 2 minutes they where dead on the floor painting the once white flooring crimson. His sister was sitting in the corner shaking with her hands over her eyes. The thought of death must have scared her. Picking her up carefully he fled the town. Not to long they had to sleep on the cold hard ground of a place unknown. Sleep did not come easily and when he did he woke to his sister hovering over him with a knife. Before she could bring it done he was limp with tears streaming from her eyes. He couldn't even trust his own flesh and blood? There was no one he could trust in this forsaken world.
