Race: Pegasus.
Personality: FF is very happy and laid back at night, drawing away on ponies and cracking jokes and pumping up the crowd. During the day, however, she is very sleepy and forgetful. She makes promises she intends to keep, but if she can sleep she'll do that instead. Unless, of course, you're her faithful companion Tangle Weed.
Strengths: Painting, flying, hosting parties, mingling, help other ponies relax and have fun.
Flaws: Sleeps far too often, despite loving to help out she can't hold promises as often as she should, is too persistent, and lazes about almost as much as Rainbow Dash.
Likes: Paint, glow in the dark art, cheering up ponies with art, body painting, throwing yearly parties with other artists for all of Equestria, the stars, and the moon.
Dislikes: Pish posh parties, ponies who talk too much, waking up with the sun, being alone for far too long, ponies who can't keep still while she's working on them.
Cutie Mark: A crescent moon with a paint brush crossing through it with stars around it. Should be a glow in the dark green color.
Talent: Body painting with her wings, specifically murals all over ponies that glow in the dark for late night time parties.
