Known as the ⇨ Street Rat

A soft groan escaped from the blonde’s mouth. It’s far too warm in this bed. It didn’t take long for her to recognize the body heat of six different children all whom gripped onto her already heated body. Gently Rynn rose from the bed making sure to not disturb the dreams of the children. Each creak that came from the worn out bed threaten to ruin their peaceful slumber so Rynn had to be very still while walking on the cold wooden floor. A slight chill ran up her body telling her that today would be an unfriendly spring morning. Making her way down the stairs the blonde stretched out her arms and sighed ready to begin her early morning routine.

Minutes passed as the slender figure sat watching the water boil above the dimly lit fire. “I need to get more wood for dinner.” Rynn reminded herself not wanting to be the cause of the kids going to sleep hungry for she knew all too well how it felt. “Hm, much faster than usual.” She hummed to herself and took the bucket of water with her into the bathroom where she emptied the heated liquid into a small washtub. Removing her small nightgown the young girl turned to find that she was not alone. “Rynn, can I help you out today?” A weary voice came from a small girl who stood in the doorway of the room. “Oh, Rosa you should be asleep.” Rynn scolded the child with a sigh. Rosa quickly shook her head finding that Rynn’s words weren’t all approving. “Please, I promise to be good!” She begged the blonde in hopes that maybe just maybe she would give in. With a roll of her bright blue orbs Rynn gave into her childish pleads but only because it was too early to fight with her.

“Come clean up and we'll get going.” Rynn began to wash the tiny girl and soon set her off to dry with a clean towel. “Make sure to stay warm, it’s too cold to be running around wet this morning.” She said to Rosa as a motherly worry filled her mind. “Go help Miss. Emily with the cooking and I’ll be right out.” Rosa pulled back her brown hair and took off down the hall making sure to follow every one of Rynn’s orders. Finally left to herself she washed up and prepared for the morning haul. Today would be a day for strictly fruits and meat.

With her signature red hooded cloak stuffed within her backpack the small blonde wondered into the kitchen to say her goodbyes to Miss. Emily, the woman who ran the orphanage. “Please come home safe dear.” The middle age woman placed a gentle kiss on Rynn’s forehead and turned to finish the morning cooking. Turning her attention to the chair by the fire Rynn found that Rosa had fell asleep while waiting to dry. A pleased smile dance across her delicate lips for this meant that Rosa would now be safe at home instead of in the rat infested streets. Placing on her black jacket the young street rat braced the chilly morning air ready to face what was to come.

Hours passed and Rynn had collected up to three bags of apples and even a few valuable items which where ideally picked out of the unsuspecting pockets of the rich. With an innocent grin pressed to her lips the sly blonde headed deeper into the town knowing that there would be more to pick from. “Today is starting out quite well. The police have yet to even notice us in the market.” Rynn sung out to her companion who simpled meowed in agreement. The slim black cat made his way to a fountain in the center of town finding that it would be a great place to rest. Shrugging her shoulders Rynn took a seat on the edge of the running water before opening her bag to take note of what she still needed to steal. “Okay, Sonnet we still need meat and a few household items.” She called out to the cat that was too busy eyeing up the glowing object that sat at an empty bench. That looks to be relatively wealthy. This thought brings Rynn to stroll over to the bench to get a better look at the shimmering item.

“Meow.” Sonnet scrunched up his nose quickly finding the object to be laced with an odd scent. "Hm, it's beautiful." Rynn placed the bracelet on her right wrist not knowing what was to come. Soon enough she found herself in a whole new environment with people she had never laid eyes on. "Eh?!"
