He was then released, and offered a job by Mia's uncle, which he immediately accepted.
In trade, Mia's uncle offered him all the women he wanted.
But the only woman he wanted was Mia.
She was amused and flattered,but couldn't accept.
Because he had amused her so, she spared his life in her families' massacre.

Bio: Adereline was once the daughter of a very wealthy family,
but after a rebellion that threw her country down the drain, the family was destroyed and she became an orphan.

Mia's family purchased the girl when both Mia and her were very young;
