Occupation: Works for the government set up by the first vampire leader of the United States. She's an agent that goes after criminals.
Personality: Luella is usually a happy girl, so whenever she is sent on a mission she has to get serious and all the agents think it's adorable. Which is rather embarrassing for her. She has a rather short temper, but after she's angry at someone she apologizes. She's never really loved someone so it's hard to say that she's loving.
Bio: Luella was born in 1906 to a poor family in the dirty streets of New York. When she was only twelve she had been sent out to work in a factory that canned meat. She would easily admit that she was mistreated and hardly ever got paid the right amount. But she didn't know that at the time and was quiet about it. Eventually, however, she realized it when she was fifteen and ran away. When she reached the country she finally realized that she was all alone and had no money.
So she sat by the road, trying to catch a ride with anyone. About a week after she sat and started to try and catch a ride, she was able to find one with a handsome man who took her back to his home. He was so kind to her that she believed that she was in love with him. He turned out to be a vampire and changed her, forcing his blood down her throat so that she could be his for all eternity. But she quickly escaped afterwards and began to live on her own, working hard to live. She now works for the recently created vampire government of the United States. She lives in one of the many government buildings with other agents.
Outfits: Her normal outfit is shown. But she occasionally wears dresses like this. She hates it so much that it's cute.
