Japanese characters on his outer forearm near his elbow saying "Road" "Bird" "Fire". Then "Sora" or Sky in a Japanese character on his left shoulder. And "Kami" or God on his right shoulder. A black rose with thorns on his right tricep. The roman numerals "XIII" on his left tricep. Recently, a design of bone and flesh on his index, thumb and hand to the wrist. If you ask him he will tell you what they mean to him. For scars he has a huge one on his chest next to his Phoenix tattoo. He won't state how he got it. Peircings are along his ears and one on his lip.
