Overall Appearance: She’s not slender, but you couldn’t call her fat. Her skin is a little pale since she dislikes outdoor activities and prefers to stay inside to play video games or read novels. Noa slouches around friends, but in the classroom or at home, her posture is straight as a rod. When she’s not wearing her school uniform, she likes to dress in comfy shorts and old t-shirts, with strappy shoes. It’s rare to see her don jewelry or make-up aside from plastic bangles, hemp bracelets, and cheap hair clamps.
History: When she was an infant, she was adopted by a couple of career politicians. Her life was never one of want, and her parents treat her well. As she approaches adulthood, her caretakers foster high hopes that she will begin a relationship with a politician’s son so that their connections will be strengthened. Now that she’s at a dating age, they’re actively pushing her into arranged set-ups and fancy dinners. Needless to say, Noa’s in the uncomfortable position of having to choose between coming out of the closet or submitting to being with someone she doesn’t love.
It really doesn’t help at all that her parents are deeply conservative in their beliefs and actively push towards creating ordinances and laws that restrict homosexuals.
Personality: Easygoing and fun, she’s great company when she’s relaxed. However, Noa is very self-conscious around adults and wishes to meet their expectations of a good child. She can be fretful about making decisions, and her laidback nature often makes her hesitant and unwilling to take the initiative. She’s the type of person who could spend hours deliberating in line over whether she feels like eating strawberry or chocolate ice cream.
As a Puella Magi, one could call her selfish for not caring about the welfare of strangers, but to those who are close to her, she will fight to the death to defend them.

Final Attack: Aeterna Arc - Noa's longbow turns into gleaming bronze, and when she aims into the air, her shot flies out in a golden trail that doesn't cease to flow from her bowstring. It makes a magnificent arc, and the needle-like point of the arrow will pin down any witch without fail. Aeterna Arc is not very powerful, but it traps witches temporarily.
