*Doujutsu: Ourubijon (Owl Vision): Vision 290, Binocular Vision 210, see in the dark as if it were day light.
*maboroshi sanpo (Phantom Walk): This makes a Fukurou become invisible and void all noise do to a chakra flux in the body. However they remain in this state until that moment of executing an attack.
*Release: Burēdobin (Blade Bond): this kekkei Genkai resembles magnet release, except the Fukurou's given weapons are magnetically drawn to them which allows them to preform such bizarre Kenjutsu and other weapon fighting styles, that seem unnatural. Each clan member Burēdobin (Blade Bond) only work with their given weapon and other Fukurou can't use each others weapons because of this.
*Doku tandora (Poison Tundra): A fusion of poison and Ice, the user can manipulate this into needed shapes or forms like the way Gaara uses his sand.
-Kenjutsu-
Noh's Kenjutsu style is in the form of dance movements.
Demon melody: A melody of the Demon flute that throws those who hear it's tune into a deep Genjutsu. A long as she is playing the tune, those who can hear it realities are shifted and become lost in her spell.
Melody of Yomi: This melody summons souls of those who have been defeated by this weapon and puts them into dolls and or animals and makes them into a puppet master style jutsu. They dance two the sound of the demon flute and attack in command to it, however smashing the dolls or animals however won't stop the souls from finding new dolls/mask or animals and the animals souls get added to the flutes collection. (Number of souls currently in it are 19)
-Ninjutsu-
Doku furosuto: A combination Ice and Poison, a poison frost that covers the surfaces within 20ft away from Noh. Should the frost touch the skin, the victim will have come in contact with poison, that burns into the flesh and subjects the victim to illness
Miasma: Like the mist jutsu creates a fog of intoxicating fumes that can kill someone in a manner of seconds if subdued in the demonic fog without the proper equipment. The fog remains for a long time unless you can knock out the user of the jutsu.
Howl of Sorrow: Noh gathers chakra in her hand creating a ball of poison and Ice that looks like a purple ball of smoke, upon which he throws at the target. Once it comes into contact with something it trigger's an acid like compound that eats and melts away at the thing it came into contact with.
-Genjutsu-
-Rosuto Youji(Lost Child): Creates an Illusion that doesn't change the surrounding area of the target, millions of Owls however flock in mass cloud groups and surround the target landing on every surface possible. All the owls then just sit and stare at the one trapped with in the illusion with eyes of pure white and lifelessness. This genjutsu is more so a mind trap, and the one trapped is forever followed and haunted by the sight of the lifeless gaze of the Owl if they are unable to over come the illusion
-Mūnraitorekuiemu (Moonlight Requiem): Creates an illusion of the moon that draws the eyes or the target toward it. Once the eyes set their sights on the almighty moon, they slowly become silver as the moon sends the urge of desire, lust, and power into the victim causing them to become drunk. This causes the mind and soul to feel as though they are being sucked out the body and toward that desire. If the target is unable to fight the urge, they will be forever zombiefied.
-Mind Distortion: A Genjutsu that binds and twist the world around around the victim, causing them snap if unable to escape it's maze.
-Summoning-
Grudge Dolls: Dolls that are housed with dozens of spiteful spirits, and eat away at chakra till there is nothing left.
Sidenote: Those she kills including animals, their souls all become her's to manipulate as puppets.
As well she can use Jakkumaindo (mind Jack): Hand glows the current eye color and if it comes into contact with the head or spin, sends a chakra frequency into the victims body that causes them to get put in a Genjutsu.
Also she can throw people into a total of 8 genjutsu at a time for a mind maze for them to have to escape from mentally.
Bio: Noh Fukurou also known to by the Fukurou clan as Lady Noh, she is a missing-nin of the Fukurou clan. She was suppose to be a Generation Leader of the Fukurou, but the elders denied her of her status because her heart was tainted with a lust for power and her ego was to immature. She always saw her self more beautiful then anyone in the world which caused her to become twisted, she would cut the faces of other woman and eventually started killing them when bodies start disappearing. She also preformed rituals and packs with the plans of Jigoku.
She escaped the village and fled into the Phantasm forest, an ancient forest that towered into the sky and was very much alive which protected the village from outside invasion. The forest is shrouded in a think fog, with purple primal vegetation, and purple rain that never stops, the forest it's self cast genjutsu and is heavily trapped, making it one huge maze or spiders nest that the Fukurou know how to navigate through. The Fukurou themselves trap beast and monster with in the forest to get lost so that intruders may run into even greater danger, even genjutsu specialist go insane after an hour of spending time with in the forest.
Lady Noh however knew her way through the, and managed to avoid the guards. Although she believed she was out of harms way she ran into her sister, Tsuki Fukurou Hekkenda's mom and was believed to be killed when the rest of the guards caught up to the after math.
However that wasn't the case, Noh having used a seal on her body, that activated hours after her death was brought back to life. Having been banished from the village, she moved into a shrine where she wears a Noh mask on her face never to show herself out in the light. She has a major grudge against her sister and all of Hekkenda's family.

Konjaku Hyakki Shui (Supplement to 100): This is another scroll (Silver) that goes with the Konjaku Gazu Zoku Hyakkai, this scroll give the owner the power themselves of demons from the past and present.
Ehon Hyaku Monogatari (Picture Book of a 100 stories): [ 1 - 5 volumes]: A multicolor book that reflects like the aura lights, with a steel cover on it. Along with a key to open it's lock. Who ever has this book can summon characters from folklore to do their bidding.
