Nick Names : Auntie, Auntie L <-- Nick names given by nephews/niece
Age : N/A, looks in early 20s
Height : 4' 11"

Outside of this little family circle, prior meeting her adoptive brother Lisa was daughter to Atlantis. However, before her fall, Atlantis entrusted her dragon acquaintance/friend, Phobos, to watch over Lisa to prevent her from making the same past mistakes that she was making. After making her own mistakes, Lisa no longer has any memory of her past or that her mother was Atlantis.
Allies : Germany, Romano, Italy, Oranio (Marino), Ludwig II (still needs a nation name), Fiorre (needs nation name), Prussia, England (working as his espionage/is now his colony)
Love Interests : N/A (Or to be blunt, she doesn't want you to know).
Nation/Country : Colony of Kiandra. She is a small colony of England.
About her as a Colony : The people believe in other worldly/magical/mythological creatures. They believe in a large, silver dragon named Phobos that guards them from outside invaders from taking over and devastating their lush and bountiful land. Being as superstitious as they are, they believe that within their fields, forests, etc., there are magical creatures lurking about, both good and evil. It is said if you see such a creature, to befriend it lest it will become mischievous and deceive/prank you on a daily basis. The most rarest of creatures to come upon are dragons and, should you encounter one, it is best to submit and befriend it in case you should need their assistance in the near/far future.
Being a small area/land mass, the people living there are not very influenced by the outside world, other than their relations with Germany. The more they became known, the more they learned of the outside world. Though a lot of their technology has been updated, they are still somewhat behind and therefore obsolete. However, this does not bother them in the slightest bit for if Phobos wishes this to be so, then it is to remain so.
There are plenty of natural springs in the area and bountiful hedges/bushes bearing cherries. Though there are other berry bushes along the land, there are more cherry bushes than any other. With these fruit, it is common to have various kinds of sweets such as jams, cakes, tarts, etc. Wine is also made, though not often. There are also some cocoa plants, in small numbers, so chocolate is highly valuable. As for other foods and dishes, meals consist mainly of fish due to there being little to no farm animals/cattle. When wanting a meal with meat other than fish, the people often looked to Germany or another nation for such ingredients, spices included.
In this colony, a rare and unknown material is made and used for the clothing the people wear. Stories circulate around the area in which it is said that the material is made from the wool of magical creatures that were befriended. The material varies from creature to creature; it can be light and soft, sturdy and thick, etc. Because of this, fashion varies amongst the people and looks almost whimsical and fantasy-like. Though some very few people have adapted fashion outside of the colony, it is very rarely seen. The people take pride in their unique material making skills and have sworn to keep it in secrecy. They will trade the material for other supplies; however, they will never reveal how exactly the material is made.
The weather consists of all four seasons in which the people have been able to adapt to all thanks to their beliefs in other worldly creatures. Though, the most common weather to be seen are sunny skies and, if one is lucky enough, a rainbow across the sky (whether or not it has rained). Because of this, the land has been nicknamed "Sunshine and Rainbows."
Though other religions are tolerated, it is most important that, if one decides to live there, one should obey and respect the guardian of the land, the Silver Dragon Phobos. It is believed that once in the far ancient past, people used to offer sacrifices to Phobos, believing it was what he desired. However, Phobos became displeased with the people and caused many a disaster to them. No one knows what exactly happened, but what they do know is Phobos decided to give them another chance to start over again anew.
Personality : Sweet, caring, loving, not very bright, derpy, excitable, somewhat shy, nervous, respectful, easily influenced. These are the many words that can be used to describe Lisa. She admires her brother Germany, often referring to him by "Brother" and sometimes "Brudur" depending on which she prefers. Her respect for most countries depends on how well she gets along with them, how they treat her (or anyone close to her), and/or how they tend to treat others. She cares deeply for her nephews and niece, and though she may think she is babysitting them, they're all really babysitting her. Lisa can become very vulnerable and intimidated by stares given by others. Her reaction to stares varies, depending on the person giving her said stare. She can become easily excitable, especially when praised due to her being extremely self-conscious. Lisa doesn't believe herself to be very smart (especially when it comes to numbers), and she especially does not believe she is strong. because of this, she strongly believes she should not be a nation/country. Lisa is extremely polite, depending on the person she's interacting with. If she is met with rudeness, she won't be so kind or polite. Lisa can become extremely shy around people she's never met (or someone she has a strong interest in). However, it doesn't take too long for her to warm up to someone and become more sociable. Lisa can become easily influenced by someone's words, depending on how strongly someone emphasizes the subject they are talking/speaking of. It can be a good trait, but it can also be a bad trait--if frightened by what someone says, she wil become very paranoid. Most of the time, Lisa is happy and cheerful and will whatever she can to help her family and friends (though Prussia.. she debates). A lot of the times, Lisa can be random and quite eccentric due to her being a fairy. She can be quick to anger and/or depress, however she can overcome this if given enough optimism. Lisa can become very sensitive, whether it is her feelings or getting hurt physically.
Bio/History : As a child, Lisa spent most of her time with her mother Atlantis. She was somewhat spoiled and, by Atlantis' orders, was to be treated as one of royalty. She spent most of her time with Atlantis who would share with her secrets of her advanced technology and culture. Lisa was fascinated by it all, though she was unaware of those who would soon take down her mother. It wasn't long until Atlantis had Lisa spend more and more time in the care of Phobos than with her mother. Lisa was never told what exactly happened to her mother or where she went, all she was told by Phobos was that "some day [she] might return to see how well her little princess is doing in the world."
As Lisa grew up, she felt the need to repay Phobos for taking care of her during her mother's long absence. Although Phobos said no, Lisa insisted and had her people give sacrifices of livestock to Phobos every so often. She could see that Phobos was pleased with the food offerings, though he insisted that she not make it habit. Lisa continued to have her people give more and more sacrifices to Phobos and celebrations to worship him for all the protection he's ever given. These sacrifices and celebrations soon turned violent and much too adulterated for Phobos' tastes. The people were becoming corrupt and was Lisa. Not wanting to fail Atlantis' final request to take care of her daughter, Phobos tried to reason with Lisa. However, he soon saw the lust for power in her eyes the day she told him she would spread her power to the land.
Feeling he failed, Phobos brought chaos and discord to the people, destroying everything that had become corrupt. It didn't take one night to accomplish this, but several years. As Phobos purified the land, Lisa herself became purified, reverting back to her child-like state. Unable to care for herself, Phobos took care of her until she would be discovered by someone stronger and able to raise her properly.
Lisa was found in a cherry bush by Germany one day. She was gorging herself to the cherries (and at the time, she had her first magical companion Phobos, a silver dragon) and upon seeing Germany, she imprinted on him (NO NOT THE TWITARD IMPRINTING :T ). Not really wanting anything to do with her, Germany attempted leaving her with someone else to care for her, but she somehow always found him and followed him around to the point Germany decided to take her in until she was of age to care for herself. Eventually, Germany became accustomed to having her around and, in return, began referring to her as his (little) sister. When Germany was gone (ex: at war), Lisa would keep watch and tend to his home. When asked one day if she would become a nation, Lisa explained to Germany why she didn't want to become one and preferred her life the way it was.
When discovering the romance between her brother and Romano, she kept it to herself until they revealed to her their relationship status. When some time passed (and the topic of children/babies was spurted), Lisa offered to help with her magic. It was agreed, and so now she is an aunt. Lisa believes that she had somehow managed to pass some of her "fairy" traits to her nephew, Ludwig II.
When not with her family, Lisa spends time with England, particularly to enhance her magic skills. At one point in her life, she was but an ordinary fairy, but she wanted to live life as a "human." She only has memory of that desire and being a fairy, however she has no memory of her status as a fairy or who her real family was. Lisa believes her inability to fly and her difficulty in using her magic are due to becoming "human (size)." As much as she tells others she is a fairy, they only scoff at her and/or don't believe her with the exception of England, Ludwig II and (at times) the rest of her family. No one else but England and Ludwig II can see her fairy traits (and for the moment, it is only the two that she is aware of that can see her fairy traits).
When Lisa met with England, there was some tension between the two (once being told by England he though she was just "another stupid prat" wink . Though, after some talking and getting to know one another, the two have become especially good friends. Lisa enjoys his cooking and can't seem to understand why most people don't. It also makes Lisa happy that England can see the same magical creatures she can, where most others couldn't and it frustrated her to no end.
Likes : Most weather types, particularly sunny days. She loves swimming and everyone knows sunny weather is best for swimming. Lisa doesn't particularly mind rainy weather due to her love of water. Lisa is especially fond of cherries. Due to her being a fairy, she often refers to herself as the "Sunshine and Rainbows Cherry Fairy." Lisa loves food (especially anything cherry flavored or has cherries in it). She's particularly fond of England's cooking and doesn't understand why others insult his cooking the way they do. Due to being a fairy, Lisa loves nature. When not cleaning or doing something with her family/friends/allies, she spends her time outdoors. Lisa also loves making /designing outfits. Because of this, Germany has often gone to Lisa (in secret) to make "special" outfits *hinthint*. Upon discovering Germany's "dirty secret" Lisa has started liking the same thing but keeps it a secret out of embarrassment and shame. Lisa especially likes to spend time with England due to him being able to see her physical fairy traits (which include the leg tattoos) and her "magical" companions (which she has many of due to her adventures outdoors). Lisa is also very fond of "cute" things/objects/people. When seeing something/someone cute, she has a strong urge to hug them (and through impulse, does hug them). Sweets. She also LOVES sweets. She also loves dragons. &3
Dislikes : Lisa dislikes rude behavior. She can't tolerate it from most people. She has grown accustomed to Romano's rude behavior though, and often finds it interesting. Lisa can't stand America's loudness (isn't very fond of loud noises) and constant talk of being "the hero." Lisa is frightened of being locked up in a room with a sex fiend, France being one in particular. She believes that he would easily overcome her and get her to have "France babies." Due to having sensitive senses, Lisa isn't fond of bad smells. If forced to be near something with a foul smell, she will complain/beg to be somewhere else and will go to tears if not allowed. Being stared at--Lisa can't stand to be stared at for more than a few seconds. She often cowers, gets nervous or flustered when stared at, and so when stared at, she attempts to avoid eye contact with the person. Though Lisa would like to have a significant other of her own one day, she doesn't like to be touched too intimately or inappropriately. When touched in such a manner, she tends to over react and/or spazz. When touched (poked) in sensitive areas, Lisa reacts by jumping, twitching, or going into a giggle fit (if the area poked/touched is sensitive).
Other Qualities/quirks/facts : Just like Romano and Italy, Lisa has her own "hot spot." Her antennae aren't it, rather, it is her wings. When touched near the center of the wing, she will become extremely flushed and quiver (and sometimes falling prey to the touch). She believes she is safe from this kind of touch due to England respecting private space and Ludwig II being her nephew (and therefore not being interested in her). However, because most people can't see her wings, if stroked along her back, she will also produce the same reactions (though she is not aware of this yet).
When Lisa experiences a strong amount of emotions, her wings will flutter a lot. If her wings produce enough movement, they will begin to glow. Sometimes, her antennae will move/twitch in reaction as well.
Because she is a fairy, her hair is unruly and messy. She has tried many times to make her hair neat, even with help from Germany, though all attempts were in vain.
One day, when hearing her brother was returning home, Lisa decided to fancy herself up in respect to his return. As she was fixing her eyebrows, she made a mistake by plucking too much out. In an attempt to make both look even and symmetrical (and not look sloppy), Lisa plucked them until they were rather thin and somewhat small. Because of this, her nephews poke fun at her and will often tease her about how England has "bushy brows" and she has "no brows" and he should "donate" some of his eyebrows to her.
Lisa has many magical friends that she has made/met when spending times outdoors. The only one that has been with her since she started life as a "human" is her companion, the silver dragon Phobos. She isn't certain as to why he stayed by her side since then; though she doesn't mind and treats him more as a person instead of a pet. With Phobos by her side, she feels more confident in her strength. Through Phobos, Lisa found a dragon egg, which soon hatched out a black/purple dragon hatchling who she named Ebony.
The one magical friend that Lisa is always speaking of is her silver dragon guardian Phobos. Although no one really believes he's there by her side at all times (though he does give her privacy), people do get a rare glimpse of him when he is in his human form. As a human, though, he often frightens people because of his height (6'00" wink and the fact that he has pale/silvery skin and hair, his clothes/robes also of a white silver color. Others often think he may be a ghost that follows Lisa around. Phobos rarely talks to others in his human form, and he rarely approaches anyone other than Lisa.
Lisa isn't very fond of America's taste in food. All of the chemicals and such put into the meat and other food products to "enhance" it/grow faster is something Lisa isn't used to. She was secluded from most of the world for a long time, eating something like this would make her sick. Out of courtesy, Lisa ate some of his food when first offered. A short time after, she began feeling sick and ran to the restroom and threw out the food she wasn't used to. After that experience, Lisa tries to avoid eating his food whenever possible.
