I tried my best to make this list as complete as possible. I apologize if I miss anything, however, keep in mind this s**t-fest is still on going. If you want proof for anything in this list it doesn't take a long search on google or you can go to the Glittersniffer Complaints Blog.

☣ used unsafe ingredients
♦ non cosmetic glitter
♦ soap dyes
☣ used ingredients in non-approved ways (for example an ingredient approved for use on lips only being used in an eyeshadow)
☣ lied about safety of the ingredients
☣ lied about knowing the safety of the ingredients
♦ TKB, her supplier clearly states the approved uses for each product
♦ claimed that "other companies" do it and that she uses the ingredients with out issue so they must be safe
☣ failed to deliver product
☣ failed to deliver correct product
♦ would often replace an ordered item with something else with out asking the customer if they're OK with it
☣ eyeballed recipes led to inconsistent products
☣ failed to refund undelivered product
☣ lied about mailing product
♦ would claim the package was lost in the mail but in reality it was never even sent
☣ insulted customers and former employees
☣ did not wash hands or wear gloves while packaging and creating products
☣ repackaged wholesale mica and lied about it
☣ customers were injured by unsafe products
☣ held a massive recall
♦ refunds were delivered on a whim
♦ recalled product was not destroyed- was given away to employees
♦ stock of unsold recalled products and ingredients were sold and not destroyed
♦ used multiple paypal accounts, all of them became frozen by paypal administration
♦ switched to google checkout which offers limited buyer protection
♦ sold product for multiple charities but then used the profits to fund the recall
♢ told at least one charity case that GS would not be donating their promised amount
☣ did not and STILL does not comply with FDA labeling standards for cosmetics despite claims to do so
♦ sent out full sized "randoms" with no labeling at all
☣ called for a volunteer from the fan page to access person customer information from the GS e-mail account
☣ sold on multiple sites despite claims that after the debacle GS would only sell from the official website
♦ had to switch to artfire after paypal accounts were frozen
♢ listings may violate artfires ToS
☣ made up etsy listings about products "inspired" by other etsy shops for cross publicity
♦ lied about doing this and claimed those shops were "using" her name to get themselves noticed and gain fame
☣ made a makeup kit/ set for children out of unsafe ingredients
☣ ingredients lists for the new harajuku collection varied by where it was posted
♦ does lela even know what she used to make these?
☣ lied about products being vegan
♦ listed "vegan beeswax" as an ingredient for solid perfume
☣ has a list of broken promises a mile long
☣ organized a christmas gift exchange but did not send everyone a gift back
☣ is not accepting the glow in the dark collection as part of the recall because she claims she stated they were not approved for eye use (yet she encouraged doing such in the listing)
♦ she made similar claims about her soap dye pigments but old etsy receipts proved she was lying
