Last night, Adam and I went out and got some crabs! =D
Five Coenobita Clypeatus hermit crabs, to be exact, although we only paid for four. D; What happened was, I saw one with an octopus on its shell so of course I wanted him. Adam had seen him crawling around, but when the lady picked it up, she said it was empty and told us we could buy the shell. We took 'em all home, got situated, then went to the bank real fast. When we got back, the octopus shell was crawlin' around! XD So yep, five crabs. Oh! Omit is coming out right now. :3 I gave them a bit of a pear to munch on (along with their regular food), and he seems to like it. Monster, on the other hand, hasn't even come out. If he sees me move, he darts back in. =[ He'll get used to me, though. Last night, it was him who was crawling all over the place (including on Adam's arm - he had to stare intently at Monster to keep from picturing a spider on his arm lol). The others' names are not all decided yet. I named Monster (with Des and her friend Melony's help) and Tonks. Adam named Omit, and is supposed to name the lil' guy who is occupying the plain shell at the moment. He wants it to be music-related, I think, because he didn't come out of his shell until Adam started playing his guitar. x] Our little "oops" crab... I am not sure about him. I wanted Snookie or Snooks, maybe Snicker(s)... I will come up with something.
