OMG lately i've been having to much stress on me.
Financial, school, general problems, and so on.
When i get to stressed, i end up having to many blonde moments!! LOL
Im no goldfish lol, but lately i've been one..lol (i never thought i wud say that).
I talked to a friend about my stress problems. And she advised me, to think positive and whenever I'm doing homework or studying, to just focus on that one thing. I advice all u stressed out people out there to think positive and things will get better. When ever u get to stressed out just breath, and drink some h2o. Relax and clear ur mine, try to think of solutions to fix ur problems, but remember 1 thing at a time. I'll let u n a little secret...and i suggest u try it out. Whenever u have u have to much on ur mine...just write it down & for some reason you stop thinking about that thing that was in your mind so much! It helps trust me biggrin ! especially if you're the type of person that doesn't like talking to people about what's going on in your life or you're shy, u know.
