I'm sorry I wasn't a good enough friend. I'm sorry I couldn't stand as high as the rest, that I couldn't meet your standards...
Even though you were one of the bestest friends to me, I loved it. I seriously loved it. I thought I would be your friend forever.
You gave me the encouragement to learn Japanese and to start a quest I didn't even believe I could finish, but I did it for you because I trusted you and began believing I could do it....gave me happiness.
I lived with you through the lies, through the pain, I was there if you ever needed help....though I was never the one to lash out at anyone for you or butt into any of the problems you had with someone else to help you win....I was there for you.
You gave me a ton of gifts...I felt special, but I felt if I did anything for you it wouldn't be treated the same. I loved how you would always jump in defense for me.
The anchor of jealousy tied to my heart weighed down my heart as you talked highly of everyone else...and not so of me. Though I wore the happiest mask I could; not to say a word...nor make a sound that would hurt or damage you.
I don't know if you'll read this. I don't know if you've ever even opened my crappy journal. [It really is crappy, I admit. ^^;]...but I will say this, read or not...
A long time ago, I swore you...even if you drop our friendship...if you break your friendship with me, that I would continue to be your friend.
I'll continue to keep that statement true in my heart...even if it hurts or kills me even.
I'm one never to drop a friendship. I'll be here if you ever need me even if you want to come back even, I'll welcome you with open arms.
