Nick Name: Lara, Rissa.. and Curly Fries after a few too many beers. It was one of the rare times she curled her hair and one of her best friends compared her hair to curly fries, than ended up finding the whole thing hilarious and 'renaming' Larissa 'Curly Fries'.

Quick Biography of Family Background: Larissa grew up alongside her older sister Maggie. They had an unspoken competition together and the two always tried to outdo the other at almost any cost. It helped Larissa become an overachiever. Throughout the years, she and her sister did get into the usual daily fights over the remote and their newest toy but they became closer when Larissa entered highschool, and sometimes during this time, Maggie became her shoulder to cry on. Maggie and Larissa often exchange emails - Larissa was pleased to find out her sister had been engaged to one of her old collegemates. Her parents loved them both, but Larissa's father Andrew was often busy with dentist work. Her mother eventually began to dote on the family cat more then her children, and found a hobby in breeding them. Larissa's parents' house is now covered in fur and angry looking persian cats.
Her father had Ukranian ancestry and went to Yale, while her mother came from a more 'loose' family. They met later in their lives during their mid thirties, and get married during their late ones. Maggie was born during her father's forty-first year and her mother's forty-second. Larissa was born two years after that. Her father still works.
After highschool, Larissa decided to pursue a career as an engineer - she's still studying, but has a part time job. She lives with three room mates.
Personality's quick description: Generally shy around people she doesn't know well, Larissa is a person who takes time to get used to people and to open up. Once she knows people she's generally normal and fun to be around, though she isn't the life of the party - however, she has moments when she feels amazing about herself. She gains confidence with time. Larissa has a competitive nature. She likes to be the best and is an overachiever. All though she's quite smart and observant, sometimes she lets her feelings get in the way of things though she tries not too. Occasionally she can get emotional but sometimes it just takes a while to forgive and forget, which isn't her forte, not that she's a grudge type. Larissa has a kind heart, but sometimes she can be a little stubborn when it comes to what she thinks is best.
Likes: Halloween, order, crude comedy, chocolate, fresh air, summer camp (she was a councellor at her old one for three summers).. and she likes a few video games due to playing with her sister.
