I ordered some movies off of
Amazon.com through a private seller. Here is the email communication thus far.

Sorry about that I left it for the wrong seller. However, two of the three dvds that you sent skipped also (Langoliers and Cujo) and I didn't have time to email you about it until now.
May I offer a bit of advice to you as a seller? Sending a rude and threatening email like this can affect the overall rating for you. And since you seem to know about Amazon's policies then you know that threats are just as bad as giving a review with a problem noted without contacting the seller first.

I didn't mean to sound rude. and i am sorry if it came off that way. and if there is a problem. with the dvd,s, i would be more than happy for you to return them. for a refund. but how did i know you the feedback was for someone else. i only what i what i see in my account page, can you see my point, without communication what,s a person to think. i'm not doing this to rip people off or anything else. please accept my apology. if this is ok please email me back for my address. or if you still have the package it came in you can reseal it and write return to sender refused. and it will not cost you anything. have you tried wiping the disk off with alcohol sometimes a little dust can cause skipping.

I understand and it's ok. I probably would have done the same in your shoes. The skipping isn't that bad since it only jumps a second or so and not like half the movie so I really don't mind. I will certianly try the alchohol thing though.
I'm still mad as hell at how they responded and do they ever need to use spell and grammar check.
