So today I weighed myself on a standard bathroom scale. 186 on the dot. It should be a teeny weeny bit less, because i usually weigh myself naked lol -mental picture, gross, i know- and....well, i may not have lost much weight -started at 192 lbs about a month ago- but still, every pound counts for me. i need to lose at least 50 more pounds before i can be happy. i know that if i lose at least 5 lbs a month, i can do this thing in a year or less. this will be nice. smile
