Pshhh. Yeah right, I think about things way too much already. But here are three things that have been bothering me recently:
~ Substandard standards. How can there be such a thing? And yet everyday we run into standards that don't meet even our expectations of what is average. And what's more we don't change them.
~ Whatever happened to infamy? The widely disapproved of are now famous- and are rewarded for being hated. Why?
~ I love children's movies. Yet people look down on them as immature or trashy.
Please do me a favor and realize that not all movies are alike. I'll never watch Thomas the Tank Engine or Theodore Tugboat again-thought both have their benefits- but I'll be seeing Mulan, Up, and Meet the Robinsons until the day I die. Kid's books are the same. Please stop thinking that everything geared toward kids is juvenile.
