Okay, I remember going on several fetch quests (or something like that) in the Zen Gardens area. My main enemy was a horde of... Dolls. Yeah, I'm thinking that's pretty boring, too, but at least I got paid when I dispatched that leader of theirs.
After that, I remember going to some kind of grove belonging to some ninja (yes, I set myself on fire, but I regret NOTHING! Besides, fire seems to be pretty good against ninja, because the one I met didn't attack me on sight, like most of the others - I seem to have a talent for irritating ninja, for some reason) and he sent me further north, up to Bass'ken lake.
In Bass'ken, I didn't do much, really - only killing some of those strangely self-reviving buzz-saws. Oh, and I talked to some kind of fisherman, who sent me off a-killin' for a while, then paid me with a nice, meaty ring for my efforts (mmm... sausage...).
