1. Make a post with an application box code like so:

Edit it to your specifications; if you use "What I want", you should have specific genres like "chibi", "bust", "head shot" and how many people you will do already specified in your shop. Each category must have a price so that the user can properly generate the total amount.
Instruct users to fill this out and post it in the thread, and send a trade with the correct amount of gold that will be accepted when their art is finished.
2. Make sure to quote applications and put them in an "In Progress" post; take them down when you've finished the art. In the same post, Make an "Art Pick Up". this is where you will post finished art. Pm the user and tell them that their art is in the thread, and accept their trade.
3. You will need a BLACK LIST! This will be another post in which you specify users that are not allowed to purchase art from your shop. For example, if someone terminates a trade before you finish their art, then you should blacklist them.
