Heavy rains engulfed the whole village as Miranha Takano gave birth to their first child, "It's a boy, milady" the Helper said, putting the baby on her right side. "Jirei..." Miranha said as tears dripped from her eyes, because of joy, his husband is going through the same as he held his wife's hand. "What should we name him Miranha?" Jirei asked. "J-Jiro, is a good name, don't you think?" Miranha uttered, Jirei didn't reply since he saw Miranha fell asleep, he went to the baby's side and looked at him smiling, "Soon enough, you'll be inheriting everything I have, Jiro my son..."
3 days later the child was baptised, the Elder Seer of the Takano Clan was surprised at Jirei's child and approached him. "Jirei, that boy has something very special in him..."Jirei was confused, "What is it Renzo-baasama?" the Elder took a deep breath, releasing cold air. "Walk with me..." Jirei followed as the Seer narrated the history of their clan. "You see, the Takano clan is known for Hyouton Manipulation by using both Water and Wind element, but at birth we just have one primary element which is Water, the latter would be a secondary element which is the Wind element and is taught by our clansman to one another. Now your son, Jiro has both Wind and Water as his primary element, Jirei, this is the first time in 50 years we had another one like him, his jutsus will be far more powerful than most of us here since Wind is just a secondary element to us... get what I'm saying? he is the one that will continue to bring glory to the Takano Household... He will continue your Legacy, The clan's Legacy..."Jirei was overwhelmed with joy. "Renzo-baasama... d-don't you worry! I will train him!!"

"No, Jiro.. that's not how it's done..." Jirei said as Jiro was practicing Mizu Bunshin Jutsu only managing to create 1 clone. "Sorry, Father.. I'll try again..." as he exerted chakra to do so, he managed to create two clones. Jirei got closer to the clones slashing them, the first was made water and the other was made of Ice. "Mmm... no good?" he asked, with a gloomy face. "Huh? No! Jiro, you did great..." Jirei uttered comforting his son. "But you only promised me candy, when I can create 4 or more Bunsin clones!! I've only created two..."Jiro said face down. Jirei didn't know what to do, he just gave him candies, Jiro's mood was lightened. "Ehehe... Just promise me you'll do your best hmm? Always remember the things I taught you, alright? ... Be strong my son..." Jiro nodded as he chews on the candy smiling at his Father. "I will do my best Father!!!"
Meanwhile, at the Kage Office of Kiri : "What?!?! Yukigakure has waged war? I thought they're our allies now?" - "Well, yes Mizukage-sama, but they heard news of a unique Shinobi from our village specifically from the Takano Household..." - "From them? Who is that Shinobi?" - His name is Jiro Takano, Mizu-sama... at birth he already had Two primary Nature Elements which was Water and Wind, thus forming Ice, The Kage wants the boy's body since his Ice manipulation will be stronger having the pre-requisite Elements at birth rather than taught. - "Hmmph... Bring back that Law... we can't go to war and if we surrender the boy, they might also turn against us..." - "Yes, Mizu-sama..."
That night : Fire swept most of Kirigakure but it's within certain places, the households that has Unique bloodlines are the target. Jiro was asleep and was tired due to training from earlier, being carried by a Takano Shinobi with two companions, the three was the loyal servant guards of his Father.
He woke up in a small room in an apartment with a Konoha poster pasted on the wall. "W-Where am.. I...?" when he heard what happened from the Three Takano Shinobis he didn't cry, instead he clenched his fist wanting more power. The Three Shinobi took care of Jiro but died three days after due to the poisoned kunai that hit them during their escape. From there... Jiro was more determined to be strong.

When Jiro was on his way to the forest to gather fruits, he passed by a group of Konoha nin, not caring Jiro walks past them, though one turned his back and stared at him. "Hey, look it's Disaster Boy..." Jiro stopped in his tracks though not shifting his attention to them, clenches his fist instead. "woah, that's him? I heard his clan was murdered because of him..." - "No, not just his clan, but every single Kiri-nin that has a unique bloodline..." - "Woah... that's harsh..."
Jiro was deeply enraged, though he just ran to the forest, on his way, he met a girl playing with a log, as he went closer, he saw that the girl was playing with the bugs that ravages the said log, the girl noticed him. "Oh, Hi there! sorry I didn't quite notice you!!" Jiro didn't utter a word, as he moves his head away blushing then ran away. "H-Hey, d-did I say something wrong? hmmm... oh well..." as she went back to watching the bugs on the log.
Jiro stopped running, shaking his head to get rid of the blush, slapping his cheeks with both his hands at the same time. "I'm too young to be in-love... gonk "
He shook his head again then went and focused on climbing a tree to gather fruits, he ran through the trees trunk then landed to a branch, gathering apples, then to the next branch. As he was about to land to the third branch, it collapses due to the chakra he exerted as adrenaline engulfed him. "Aaaaaaahh!!" he heard a slight thud but he didn't felt pain.
He opened his eyes and saw the girl from earlier. "Owwie... hey, mister are you alright...?"- "What... happened..?" - "You fell off the tree, luckily I found you and had my bugs aid your landing..." she smiled. - "T-Thanks... h-hey, about earlier... I'm really, really sorry..." he then stood and dusted his pants. "w-wait... did you say bugs..?" - "Y-yeah, you've been lying on them for the past five minutes... and don't worry... I'm used to that kind of first impression..." Jiro looked at the place where he landed. "You can control them...?" - "Yeah, I'm from the Aburame clan, that's our special skills..." - "Cool... By the way... my name's Jiro... how about you..?" - "Jiro...? I've heard rumors about you in the village... but don't worry about them... they don't know a single thing about you, so don't let them bring you down... ooh-kay..? by the way, Ria..." as she held her hand out for a handshake. Jiro blushed, and reached for the handshake. "T-Thanks... Ria...." - "Hey, you're turning pink again..." he giggled. "W-Waah..? N-Not this again..." as he shook his head sideways trying to get rid of it.

Jiro, was upset, plunging back to depression now wishing for more power as he worked his way up to graduate the Academy.
7 years later he graduated and was assigned to Rouga Tsurugi's Team together with Cherry Hyuga and Shiori Inuzuka.
He had warm relations towards his team leaving some of his shyness behind, also flipping the dark nature of revenge in his previous goal into attaining power to protect those dear to him.

He kicked the waters upwards then punched it in mid-air creating senbons that attacks the training dummies he set up. "Mmm... need some work on my aiming..." he said to himself, there he noticed someone watching him. The shadowy figure approached him and revealed as his sensei. "I just came to watch you train, then I thought you might need some help.." - "Well... yeah, I guess...Sensei..." - "Come... I like to teach you something..." as he held an ink capsule. "Your hands please..." Jiro held his hand to him, he then wrote kanji's unto Jiro's palms which spread into his body then was absorbed. "W-What... happened..?" - "The first stage of the Hydration Technique..." he then got his katana and slashed Jiro's arm, which became water then reformed back. "What the..." - "You see... your chakra is water nature making this technique always active even without handsigns and it drains your chakra but only when you got hit.. of course... I'm sure it will be a useful technique for you... mixing this with your wind nature is something for you to discover though..." as he turned his back and walked away. "I needed help with my aiming... but... cool jutsu..." he thought.

Jiro jumped from roof to roof extinguishing flames and occasionally hitting Shi soldiers managing to hide himself still. Nearing the walls beside the Village gates he noticed someone at the top. He was surprised to see someone familiar from his past. He stopped in his tracks, covered his mouth canceling the water jutsu he's been using to extinguish. Used a Water Body Flicker Jutsu to get to the top, and confirmed who he saw "Tsh... I didn't really expect this... Ria..."
Ria looked at the guy, showing no emotion. "Who....?" a flashback appeared in her mind of the guy. Quickly she snaps out of reality, her hand on his face. "Jiro... Takano...." putting his hand back to her coat-pocket.
She took her stare off Jiro, to the Village. "Why don't you help this Village? Isn't this your Home??"
He looked at Ria. "Would you save something or someone, that treated you like trash?" He crouched looking over the village "I don't think so..." he smiled. "I just want to be stronger, Konoha gave me this opportunity but that doesn't mean I have to be Loyal right?" his face turned gloomy. "Strong enough, to save you...But that's not gonna happen now right?"
"That's not the Jiro, I remember..." Ria uttered. "Your plan, means nothing, even if you manage to get stronger... You can't save me anymore... Do me a favor, and protect the village I once knew as my own..."
"Is that what you want of me? Well then..." he turned his back and dashes away to give Aid, seeing Ria turn into bugs and disappear.

(( Shi Arc end ))
Jiro overlooked the Village from the High city walls as it was being rebuilt. "Well, things are doing good here..." he said then carried his bag and jumped off the walls to the path that leads to the Harbor wherein a ship to Kirigakure will be departing soon. "Well, gotta go... see you in 3 years Konoha..."
At the Harbor : He was just in time, as the ship will be departing in 15 minutes he quickly got in and was happily greeted by Kiri nins, which is a very happy moment for him.
They sailed for 3 days, and learned from them that the rule of regarding bloodlines has been completely demolished.
As they arrived, Jiro quickly got off the ship and followed a path that leads to the Village. "Hehe... it's been a while.." he said as he stretched his arms forward, then ran to the Takano district which was now a housing subdivision but at the far end was a shrine where his ancestors still guard the treasure within.
He gets in and wandered the halls until he found a room that is guarded by one spirit, his Father's.
The spirit turned his back and looked at Jiro, surprised and dashed to him. "My son! you have returned! Thank Heavens! Come, I must show you something..."
Jiro's Father flew to a chamber door with the symbol of their clan. "Come... focus chakra on the symbol, it will recognize the chakra that flows into you and will open"
Jiro did what his Father told him to and in no time the chamber door came open. His Father flew in, to the pedestal, Jiro followed and saw his Father's Tanto.
"This was supposed to be our gift to you the time you entered the Academy but we didn't make it. For the time you were born, we got captured. Forgive me my son for not giving you the things a Father must give... I want to stay longer with you but, the deal has been finished."
The spirit of his Father now ascended into the great beyond. Jiro got the Tanto, looks up and smiled. "Rest in Peace, Father.."
He exits the Shrine and proceeded to his training.
[3 Years Later, he went back to Konoha]
Jiro jumped out of the ship as soon as they docked, stretching his arms in front of him, smiling as the wind blew against his face gently. Following the path to Konoha and in time, the mighty gates of the Village stood before him. "Konoha..."
He flicked his hair which was noticeably longer, and walked in. "Nothing much as changed... except for the aura of the place, so... warm" he smiled.
