Appearance:
He has chalky white skin that borders on grey, especially around his eyes. His hair is short and thick, with varying shades of red. His eyes are round and blue. Whimsy wears very little, and dislikes wearing shirts at all, but will sometimes be seen wearing a hoodie that has no sleeves.
It is notable to add that although he has no visible or tangible arms to speak of, his arms do exist and only touch what he wants them to. He often wears gold bands on his wrists as a landmark for gestures-these are not to be mistaken for any kind of magical bindings.
Personality:
Abrupt, brash, and rude. He enjoys shocking and scaring people, which usually earns him a few bruises. He's impatient, but for his master he will obey without question. This is usually pretty stressful for him so he likes to get the wishing over with and hopes that his master never uses his last wish for more wishes.

He is a djinn, which is a demon summoned from another realm. On earth these creature are referred to as "genies," especially when trapped under the kind of servitude he has been bound to.
Like many other djinni, he was captured by a human sorceror and bound to physical objects. His enchantment allows him to travel between inanimate objects slowly, but he is unable to be freed without the consent of his master. It has been many years since he has remained in the mortal plain, mainly because he was stupid enough to let his masters know how powerful he would be if freed.
Out of fate's twisted sense of humor, he currently resides in a lamp. A modern electric lamp, to be precise.
Powers/Abilities:
Granting wishes, utter destruction and chaos, mischief and trickery. He also throws a nasty right hook. When he removes the gold bands from his arms, they are completely undetectable, which makes it hard to guess where his punches are coming from. This is why he prefers fighting hand-to-hand; it amuses him to toy with his opponents. To fight fairly, he would wear boxing gloves.
