In Russia after an acopalyptic attack from America, making the over world in ruins and radiation, the surviving humans hid in pre-made catacomb like dungeons, stretching under the entire Russian teritory. All the russians could think of what revenge on the American country, not knowing they had been counter-attacked as well, but not suffering as much. It has now been 13 years since the accident, the Russians still hide under the ground, unbeknown to the great atomic warfare going on on the surface, but fighting between themself or against mutated creatures who dwell in the darker regions of the catacombs.
Rules:
You have to be humanoid, or something that might have come out of the humans because of mutations and such
You can't be a god/demon and you can't controll magic or anything like that
There's a difrence between magic and science.
This is my setting and I would higly apreaciate if you didn't use it, but I of course know that it's probably to much to ask, but I will report you if I find this in a forum thread.
