Distinguishing Features: His mouth is sewn shut, and his ears are pointed like an elf's, though far longer (Almost a foot in length). They tend to flop.

Skills, Abilities and Talents: Has the uncanny ability to tell the exact time by looking at his pocket watch, though it's clearly broken.He is also good with his hands and can fold many different objects out of paper. One of Seth's innate abilities consists of manifestation, a kind of psionic spellcasting-- basically he's psychic, but only affects the physical and not the mental.

Clothing Styles/Favorite Outfit: He wears whatever he can find that is comfortable and clean, so dress him in anything that isn't fancy. I put him in skinny jeans and arm warmers before, but feel free to give him robes, baggy pants, or anything else that fits. I'd like to be able to see how skinny he is, though.
As seen by others: A "monster," usually something that should be found in Halloween Town. Regular people are usually scared of him.
