Appears to act like high class jerk. Aggravated at times if his father had just scowled at him or demeaned him in a way. He's normally serious when it comes to training, completing a quest, and most of the time. He gets angered easily when his sister is placed in danger. In truth, he's a very caring and compassionate brother who's only intentions in life is to care for and protect his little sister Lea.
✎ My style is...
Rio is into a somewhat punk-rock style of clothing. He prefers to stick with his usual black clothing, but occasionally will wear a blue or amber piece of clothing. He normally wears a long coat and at times he decides to not wear a shirt, revealing the permanent scar given to him by his uncle Hades. When ever so he decides to wear a shirt, it would be of a band(ex.:Rise Against) he is in interests of in and or a tank top of Camp Half-Blood. Has an addiction to wearing steel toe shoes or converse (only kinds of shoes that won't break apart from his excessive conduction of electricity). Rather than smoking, he gets a cinnamon stick and places it between his lips. He loves the aroma it brings out.
On an added note, the pins shown in the avatar below aren't accessories. Since there isn't a pin shaped like a lightning bolt, I placed those to pins to form something similar to a lightning bolt.
✎You should know that...
Rio is a demigod, and one of the children of the "Big Three". His father, as well as Lea's, is Zeus. Born from the same mother as his younger sister Lea, Rio was stripped from her at the age of six (Lea was two years old at the time). At the age of eight, he gave his blood, sweat, and life to protect and caring for Lea when her time came to join him in Camp Half-Blood. Since she hadn't awaken her abilities yet, he stayed by her side always with his blade in his hand. When he was eleven, he was caught in battle with a fellow demigod, while his sister wondered off to the Ares' cabin. By the time he realized and came to her aid, he found her quivering on the ground, her hands covering her eyes, and everyone from Ares' cabin and its surroundings were covered in black soot and burn marks. He was punished for supposedly letting his sister slip by him while her watcher was gone. Months after his twelfth birthday and the incident, Lea mentioned of a quest her watcher told her about to console with Hades. The truth behind the quest was that her watcher planned to have Hades get rid off Rio. By the time Lea and some elder demigods came to retrieve him, he had been scared with a permanent slash by a sword (which he kept with him). He began to fade away from Lea, acting more rash with her in order to teach her to get stronger. He is concerned with Lea befriending Leon, the son of Hades, and is keeping a close eye on them. Madame Mer is also his counselor.
✎ There's something else you should know...
Rio has ADHD, and dyslexia. You don't want to get him angry. When he gets angered, his body begins to emit bright light blue sparks, and his eyes begin to glow a long with it. He acts like a bull minotaur on a rampage. This normally occurs if his sister has been injured (or killed in a horrid way), or if he is marked as a weakling.
