After a brief meeting with the perky vampriess Lady Angelishia, I was exploring the streets for more clues when the mystery man dashed towards me. This time, I caught him and, as I asked questions about his intentions, I caught a better look at him. His outfit seems rather...well, it looks...actually, I think a picture would be more suiting:

Anyways, he refused to talk, but as he left into the night, he proclaimed a battle cry I never heard before. According to witnesses, it goes like, "E' cosi' via!" This man is looking more and more mysterious by the minute. I must catch that man, for he could be associated or even planning a major crime. Though I can't help but wonder why his outfit seems...unique.
