Captain Mantis is often possessed by the demon-god Gragantsh.
Gragantsh must aid Walrus in order to pay a long standing debt from a game of poker that he lost.
Walrus is weak and recovering from a disease caused by Distrolg.
Gragantsh helps heal walrus through sacrifices, devouring people and causing blood to run hot and free.
The blood flows as a river to the waterfall of virulence, which walrus rests under.
Walrus drinks the blood to build up his strength.
Walrus is a nice guy usually, but he has to do horrible things as a demon god.
He feels guilty so he aids forces of good when he can.
Walrus is like a man made of telescopes. He is NOT a walrus, walruses are named after him.
One of his many horrible jobs is to torment the souls of people who have commited suicide by showing
them all the good things that would have happened if they had stayed alive.
Walruses are named after Walrus because they are his allies and minions on earth.
