sorry i haven't written in so long. i just have been so busy w/school and now the holidays sweatdrop ! ah well...
today, on Saturday, the holy day of the awesomeness, i am chilling cool
does anybody here celebrate thanksgiving? Christmas? New Year's? i know i do.
Thanksgiving: we have a feast at my house that my mom so diligently prepares. there's turkey, lasagna, mashed potaters, tibs, or meat pan cooked, casserole and a whole bunch of other stuff. it differs each year whee .
Christmas: since my living room is puny, we celebrate at my uncle's house. There is a 12 ft tree (it's fake) that i help decorate with ornaments that have collected over the years. however, since there are now two mischievous little toddlers in that house, we have lost 20 something ornaments. the last two years, that room has been packed with 30+ relatives of mine. i like them all, but ugh! xp it's just too crowded.
i forgot to add that my house does have a Christmas tree, but it's super tiny, just to match our living room stare .
New Year's: not much of a celebration, since most of my relatives go home two days after Christmas day, but me and dad stay up to watch the ball drop in New York on TV. mom usually has to go to work tomorrow morning sad .
so that is how me and my family spend the holidays!
