Youmacon 2009
Hey everybody! So I went to this really great thing with my friend Delaney called Youmacon! Its really fun. Everyone there is dressed up as some type of Anime character, and you get to do all types of special events and stuff about Anime! Theres video games and puzzles and everything! And there is also a ton of shops that sell everything! Tons of original artwork, Anime DVD box-sets, plush dolls, swords, shields, clothing, armours, the list is endless! But yeah Unfortunately it only lasts for 4 days, and I went on the last day, Sunday. Since I had just found out about its existance on Sunday, I had no costume prepared, so I just wore my OMG Gaia Hat. 3nodding Some of the events I attended Sunday were Unnecessary poses and explosions, and A game show! In unnecessary poses and explosions, theres 3 really funny guys show clips of different Anime shows where they really point out how the characters do really unnecessary poses/overkills/or expressions. And its really interactive. They have you stand up and do all the poses with them and stuff. Its fun XD. And the game show was like Family Fued, but with Anime questions instead! And I even got to meet (but not directly) A guy who does the voices for a ton of Animes such as Naruto and Kappa Mikey! (even though thats not really an anime) But yeah, his voice is pretty famous. (Too bad I couldn't get his Autograph!)
