Motivation: set of forces that cause people to engage in one behaviour rather then another.
(A motivated employee works hard, come to work regularly, make positive contribution to business's mission statement)
P = M+A+E
P erformance (To reach a high performance you must do all the following)
M otivation (want to do job)
A bility (Must be able to do the job)
E nvironment (Must have the materials, resources and equipment)
