help! I'm working, I promise. In the mean time, I need assistance! First of all, look at this picture. It's so beautiful I want to vomit, but that's not the point. Please, can someone tell me, what are those rabbit ears? I've seen them before in Pocky & Rocky 2 (an SNES game, nevermind, you probably haven't played it unless you're a 9-year-old girl, or was), so maybe they're not entirely this genius girl's imagining. Are they a traditional Japanese thing? Do they have a special name? Wikipedia has been zero help to me in this matter, so I turn to you. I NEED AN EXPERT OPINION. Also, I have a deviantART account now. And by "now", I mean "when I signed up, which was a full year ago, for collecting Aerith+Sephiroth fan art". I actually do real respectable-person art, but for now it's just dumb sprite stuff, because that's what I've been wasting my time on. Cheers!

	The earstyle is just an artistic interpretation of usagi; its just the ears being turned backwards so the inner ear (the portion with the pink lack-of-fluff) faces back. Its an occassional issue with animals with longer ears, as giraffes and dogs can also have the inside-out ear. Its just a cute way to draw. P: I've played KiKi KaiKai before, but it was far back in my youth. x3

	I love your artworks. Oh so traditional, yet modernized too. ;_; ...Now I think about it... You took part in creating the Koi MC, right? I loved that MC not only because it reminds me of Ayakashi : Bakeneko, but for the whole cultural feel. Although not many people feels the same way because of the color choice, but eh... People are just plain ol' picky with any color/shades these days. xD

	I know the last thing you wanna hear is a guess but I would have to say it's a piece of clothing worn by royalty made into rabbit ears. I think I've seen a similar type all in black on a emperor of Japan before or one of the royal subjects.
