Jonathon felt the energy and stopped to remember what he has done in his life. The years he's used to kill people and take their lives for no purpose. He made his life destined to be damned to hell. "Reve, karma will finally have it's revenge on you." Nightmare grabbed his sword and looked at the Demon. "You are no longer welcome into my body. This is mine. My soul you have tainted. My soul you have damned to hell. I already know there is no escape from my Fate. But I'll be damned if I'm gonna share anything with you anymore. It is time we ended this struggle for this body. However this time there is something different. I will actually fight back."
Reve stood there and laughed. "YOU!? Honestly Night you stand no chance against me. Even with the power your friends are giving you. The power You had came from me!"
Night chuckled to himself. "No Reve. Because I know of my memories, thanks to Mav. I learned about my mother. In fact, I learned something that I never told him. I saw a vision of the entire night that had happened that night. You didn't assasinate my parents. You only assasinated my father. My mother was actually still alive and had awoken because you were to loud. And it turned out that she was a Saint. She used religous arts to harm you. You got a lucky shot that hurt her and killed her. However the spell she used was to strong and made you so much weaker."
Reve was shocked. His face was astonished.
Night smiled and continued. "After the fight. You were only a fraction of your strength... and you knew that it wasn't coming back. So you chose someone with power. That person had to be someone who wouldn't fight back. That person... was me. And finally I find out why it was me. Because I know something else now. I wasn't the only person in that house. On my travels I felt the presence of someone while you were resting. I felt the presence of something completely opposite of me. And that's when I got more memories. A memory of a second crib. A crib of Light energy and a crib of dark energy. Yin and Yang. Me... and my Brother. However you're power was only strong against those who are Dark as well. "
Reve was still shocked but he managed to get something in. "But how did all of this happen without me knowing of this. I am the demon of darkness. I have manipulation over those with dark power. Why don't I have full control over you yet!"
Night was laughing more. "Because if you haven't figured it out yourself yet, then you don't deserve that power. Besides I was getting to that. You chose the Dark crib because you are powerless against those who are affiliated with light. That is why I called that shot against my mother lucky. She was caught off guard and just woken up. And the crib, with the light had so much power coming off of it that it just pushed you away. And the dark one was even more powerful than you. However, it was a baby and you knew it wouldn't fight back. You had the perfect chance to gain even more of your original power back right there and gain more in the long run when I grew up. However even as a baby. I was so much more darker than you. More powerful. You didn't stand a chance. So you could only make the effort to merge yourself with me and Try to take over like a headache. If I had known that you were an actual Demon I would've been able to get rid of you. If I had known what I know now. It would've been different a long time ago. There was something else though. Somethng that made you stay dormant inside me for all those years. My brother. He leaked some of his power by accident as a child and hurt you even more, but protected me. Even as a child, affinity wise, we absolutely hate it each other. But as blood goes. I love him... and I wish I could've met him. Thanks to you, I lost him again, because you were starting to wake up. So once I get my body back. My powers, and as a bonus, yours. I will set out to find him. And be reunited with my blood brother.
Reve stood where he was starting to blur. "I won't give up, I fought to hard for this. This was my reward. Your father was perfect. He was so strong. So dark. But his darkness was being clouded by the light because of your mother and you two brats. He was growing lighter. I couldn't take him. Then you..I was suppose to be able to take over you! I can manipulate all dark beings! why can't I mainpulate You!-"
Night interupted him by punching him in the face as Reve flew backwards. It came far to fast for Reve to even realize he had moved. Faster than Night realized he had moved. But he didn't question it. "You weren't listening at all were you? It's because I'm not just stronger. I'm Darker than you. That day, when we almost died and you gave up and I took over again. When the shadows came out and killed the rest of those men that were going to kill us..."
Everything grew silent as Reve listened and struggled to get up.
Night finally was able to say it. "It was me... I was the one who controlled those shadows... As a last resort to save my life I broke my limit of that time. I became something more. At that moment. I really was a King Of Nightmares. And I realized. I didn't need you to do it... The only thing left was to find a way to kill you and get you away from me. And thanks to him." Nightmare pointed to Mav. "Thanks to you Mav. I have my opportunity. " Night turned his attention to Reve. "Reve. My blade. I want you to regret, every person you killed, that I loved, with it." Night's sword started to steam with shadows. "For every person that I wanted to hear them say they loved me." At that moment that sword started pouring out with light. "My father, my mother. This is for them." Night flew forward with shadows surrounding him rushing him towards Reve.
Reve saw the attack coming, but as soon as he realized what he needed to do it was to late. There wasn't any time left. "It.....was worth making you suffer."
Night nodded his head and said "Then I won't feel a thing."
As the blade hit Reve. There was a large explosion. On one side, It was filled with complete darkness. However the other side was completely filled with Light. It stayed for a few moments then slowly faded away. Night stood there standing with his sword bloody and no longer steaming. "They have had revenge. And can now sleep peacefully. I have paid my parents back what they deserve. And can finally let them sleep peacefully. You however... You don't get a thing."
Night turned as he made his way back to Mav. He finally made it in front of where he stood. "If you can do me one more favor. I need you to find someone for me. I need you to find my twin brother. I know that out in the real world. My leg is still broken I would much appreciate it if you could somehow track down my long lost brother...Serenity."
