background:
born into the modern age of technology, it was only natural that he always curious and bright. he had a knack for getting into trouble while trying to see how things worked. at age 6 his parents were killed in a car accident, and he was adopted by the local orphanage. the orphanage, unable to deal with Elliot, sent him to a boarding school at age 12, so he could learn in an environment strict enough to help correct his actions, as well as satisfy his need to explore. he graduated the school at age 16 with high honors, and a highschool diploma. he skipped college and went to train in martial art classes of all different types. he's made it to brown belt in most and 1st degree black belt in mantis kong-fu and ninjutsu. at 19, while training under his seefu, the dojo was attacked by a bunch creeps. caught off guard most of the dojo inhabitants were killed, including Elliot's seefu. Elliot watched from a closet as the man he came see as a father figure was brutally killed. one of the brutes found him in hiding. that's when everything changed....
the next part of his life was dedicated to avenge his seefu, and destroy what he had become. he doesn't trust vampires, and to quell his blood urges, he buys as much of the blood off the slaughter houses as possible in the towns and cities he visits. he joined a slayer organization but quit soon afterwards, there was too many rules to follow. although he is young, Elliot has already slain more than 50 pure blood vampires, and more than 300 sired ones. in the slayer community he's seen as a vigilante and should be taken down with the rest of vampire scum.
He avoids drinking human blood whenever possible, and usually keeps a stockpile of cow blood bought cheap from slaughter houses under the guise of scientific research. He buys his weapons and ammunition on the black market since he technically no longer exists, and can not obtain any form of ID. He eventually settled down in England and is most active around London.
