Following Proteus closely, but not too close. I glanced back at my sister and she had a curious look upon her face. Into the deep green forrest we went, pushing past all the tall grass and moving swiftly through all the tall trees. Up ahead what I saw, was a giant stone rock that seemed to have been forgotten years, decades ago. Once we finally reached the stone, I got to have a better look at it. Cracked and covered with vines, Proteus placed her hand on the rock and spoke in an ancient tounge. Dianices took my arm and whispered: "Raven, do you think that he can really be brought back to life...?" She hesitated at the end but no doubt I simply agreed with her observation. How can someone be brought back to life from the land of the dead? I never heard it actually being done before, but I was willing to do anything to bring Ookami back to this life.

Turning her head toward us she spoke: "Are you sure your willing to do anything to bring back your truely beloved?" Proteus spoke to me and Dianices, but mostly to me. I didn't say anything, I just simply nodded in response. Then without a warning sign, the stone cracked even more, shuddering the earth as if it was trying to split it in half. All the vine brushed out of the way, almost like they were moving on their own, Turning the giant rock into a cave! "What I'm about to show you is strictly between us three, no one must know, What is beyond this entrance is only for the eyes of the leader.. Do you understand?" Proteus never sounded so serious. Twigs began snapping and bushes rustled from up above the cave. All three of us were at the ready with fangs and claws at the same time, Then suddenly N'taz fell out from the bushes above and landed hard on the flat ground. Legs over his head and arms out stretched to the sides, grumbling and cursing under his breath he got up and dusted himself off, then moments later, Hikaruna slipped and fell ontop of him. "Well what do ya know?! A heep of idiots fell from the sky!" Dianices joked and began laughing.

Proteus seemed extremly angry, almost infruiated. "DOES ANYONE ELSE FEEL LIKE FALLING FROM THE SKY???!!!!" Leader screamed with her shockey stick already out and ready to beat some major a**. Dianices silenced her laughter, N'taz and Hikaruna both shot up from the ground and stood at attention. Proteus stomped over to them and began tapping her foot heavily. "N'TAZ, HIKARUNA!!!, WHAT THE HELL ARE YOU TWO DOING HERE!?" Almost to afriad to answer they both glanced at eachother and with a burst they both started blabbing out not what had happened and why they were there but were pinning the blame on eachother. Proteus silenced them both with a slam from her weapon and sent them both flying into the trees some distance away. I looked at Dianices and she was trying so hard not to laugh. I simply shook my head sighed, They should know better than that. I peeked up above me and saw the land slide they came through, looked slick to me. I also noticed that it just happened to be apart of the route they both take to gaurd the city. I walked over to Proteus and poked her, she almost wacked me the the stick by I ducked and simply pointed and explained the situtaion.

Once N'taz and Hikaruna both recovered from their sudden take off, Protues sat them down. She had no choice but to explain the situtaion to them and let them in on our little secret. When I heard her speak of Ookami's death and my wanting to bring him back, N'taz glanced up at me and gave me a look that I was definalty fimiliar with, the 'Why in the world would you wanna do that?' look. I simply shook it off and ignored him and distracted myself by talking to Dianices about nothing impreticular. Which angered N'taz, I could just sense it, and I knew that I would hear about it later.

Finally when Leader was finished explaining to them, N'taz acted like he was walking aimlessly toward me. I sighed and directed my attention towards the cave entrance. Then he came up along side of me and stared at me, still ignoring him. Proteus came in front of us and began to lead us further into the cave. I kept close to Dianices and she noticed the reason for it and giggled, I lightly punched her in the arm and I whispered: "Shut up!" N'taz looked over at us and smiled his flirtatious smile to me. I made a distuged face. Hikaruna was admiring the caves amazing architecture, I thought to myself: 'Oh my god, why can't N'taz marvel over something else other than girls..?' I grunted.

Proteus Sempai came to a sudden stop in front of what it appeared to be was the end of the cave. "Ummm, Protues....?" Dianices began but was intreupted by the leaders swift movement toward the stone as she seemed to have punched it, causing the whole end of the cave to open up to another part of it. All of our breathes were captivated by the memerizing sight of a crystal clear spring and waterfalls and red roses everywhere. Protues lead the way even further into the chamber, Dianices began dancing around the room and Hikaruna was smelling the flowers. N'taz walked around and almost stuck his hand into the spring when Proteus grabbed his wirst. "This is the pool of life, DO NOT touch it unless you are dead or dying! If you do.. your body will rot from the inside out.." She warned him. Leader released his arm when he tried to pull it away and he held it with his other and watched her as she walked away from him. I looked into the reflection and saw a man who looked to be suffering in absolute pain and misery, Once I took a better look at him I noticed that, to my dismay, it was Ookami! I gasped and jumped back and my attention darted to Sempai. She came over to me and held my face in her hands, and spoke: "He is in the hands of the Black Mage.. A slave as well as her soon to be husband.." I yanked myself away from her and shouted, "WHAT?!"
