I have determined what tofu really is. Here is the definition:

n.
1. A protein-rich food coagulated from an extract of soybeans and used in salads and various cooked foods.
2. A miracle substance that serves as a substitute for any material known to man (or Zurg).
For example:
Tofu can power your cars and UFOs.
Tofu can be used for weaponry when striking down the Black Knight. "It's just a flesh TOFU wound".
Tofu can be used as a replacement for hypodermic needles, for those who are squeamish.**

I have never understood the purpose of this thing. I was under the impression that a journal is to be used as a place to harbour your darkest thoughts and most private secrets. So why would I wish to place those online for all to see??
