Alright, good good, glad to hear! And really, you don't have to go out of your way to buy like healthy foods and stuff. Just don't eat the bad ones; there's quality foods right at home and stuff. Like, I'm never a big spender, my family keeps on a budget, so when we go shopping, I just get stuff that you know, I can eat... like... I'm terrible at explaining this lol... sorry... D;
Beef and chicken are excellent. Specially Chicken heart NO fried chicken though. Of course that's kinda obvious lol... that and uhm... I don't like fish... but maybe it could be okay... you know?
OH! Another diet tip! Japanese and Chinese people are so skinny, right? You could probably try their normal diet... or nah, maybe that's a stupid idea. Haven't tried it myself, so I can't say lol DON'T TRY IT LOL
