His voice is extremely rough, slightly quiet and very raspy.
Basically, it's extremely creepy, like something from a nightmare.
His eyes can move independently of each other and can even look through his head (they can see through himself somehow, most probably just something magical or of his species, if he is part of some existent species.)
Originally he was only seen by children, but he's found out that some supernatural beasts and animals can see him at any age. However it still appears human adults completely cannot see him.
