okay so i was writing this new york times best seller journal entry when i hit the plug that connected the computer and the whole thing was lost stressed sighh. Okay but im going to try to remember exactly what i wrote. What is joy without pain? I was asked this question about a week ago and you can call me slow if you want but i finally got the answer. To put it simply and bluntly joy cant exist without pain. Honestly think about it, how would you know of joy if you didnt go through the pain? If you just felt joy all the damn time then you wouldnt know what it was, you couldnt comprehend it, or appreciate it you would go through you everday life not understanding or feeling the exhilirating feeling of joy. Pain is a necessary evil that must be tollirated in order to feel and fully enjoy joy. So my answer is this: joy is nothing without pain. That was the epiphany i had yesterday.
